What You’ll Bring:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 12 + months experience as a Registered Nurse 
  • Previous experience in aged care or a strong interest in the sector
  • Sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work across a rotating roster (AM/PM/Night shifts)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
