Our National Training and Education, EmployEase delivers high-quality training for healthcare workers across acute, aged care, and disability support settings. We offer accredited courses like First Aid and Medications, as well as non-accredited competencies including Manual Handling, BLS, and NDIS High Skills training.

The Opportunity:

Join our passionate education team to deliver and assess Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability). You’ll provide workplace-based training and support for students, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to thrive in real-world care environments.

This role involves travelling to various sites to support students during placements, with start times from 7:00 AM. Trainers are provided with session plans, resources, and ongoing support to ensure consistent delivery and student success.

🕒 Ongoing casual work 
📅 Rosters provided weeks in advance based on course enrolments
💰 $60 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super

Let’s talk about you!

You’re a motivated trainer who’s passionate about adult learning and student success. You’ll need:

  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification OR recent clinical training experience (Essential)

  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (Essential).

  • Confidence utilising technology when delivering courses virtually or face-to-face

  • Experience in aged care and/or disability support (NDIS experience highly regarded)

  • Experience delivering Certificate III in Individual Support

  • COVID-19 vaccination

  • Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
