About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care management (or a strong Clinical Care Manager ready to step into a Facility Manager role)
Experience within a medium to large-sized residential aged care setting
Strong clinical background with a hands-on leadership style
Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and maintain compliance standards
Proven success in building positive team culture and staff engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to operational requirements
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Current National Police Check and NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
