We are seeking a motivated and practical Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering functional screening assessments and targeted education to workers within the construction industry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and making a direct impact on worker health, safety, and performance.
About the Role You will be responsible for conducting functional movement and musculoskeletal screenings, identifying potential risks or limitations, and delivering practical education sessions to support injury prevention and workforce wellbeing. Work will be primarily on-site across various construction settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional screening assessments for construction workers
Identify musculoskeletal risks and provide actionable recommendations
Deliver engaging education sessions focused on injury prevention and movement health
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Build strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders

Essential Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in varied environments
Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
Current National Police Check
Desirable
Experience in occupational health or workplace-based roles
Interest in injury prevention and functional movement
Confidence delivering group education sessions
