In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team committed to delivering person-centred, high-quality, and safe mental health care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mental Health RN to use your clinical expertise in a diverse and rewarding primary healthcare environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a wide range of mental health services, including crisis intervention, risk assessments, medication administration, psychoeducation, and support for individuals with complex mental health needs. The role focuses on delivering compassionate and trauma-informed care that respects the dignity, culture, values, beliefs, and rights of detainees, while contributing to a supportive and inclusive healthcare environment.
Let’s talk about you!
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Either:
5+ years’ Mental Health RN experience (non-telehealth) plus a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health, or
7+ years’ Mental Health RN experience without a postgraduate qualification
Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred and trauma-informed care
