About the Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centred care while supporting Aged Care facilities across Newcastle and surrounding communities.
Your responsibilities may include:
Medication administration and clinical care
Resident assessments and care planning
Wound management and clinical documentation
Supporting residents with complex care needs
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Promoting dignity, independence and quality of life
About You To be successful, you will have:
Recent Aged Care Registered Nurse experience
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
Reliability, professionalism and flexibility
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care RN experience
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
