About the Role
Deliver youth support and disability support services in community settings
Support young participants with daily living, engagement & wellbeing
Apply person-centred and trauma-informed care practices
Key Requirements
Certificate III / Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent
Minimum 6 months Youth Worker experience
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + transport participants
Strong experience in trauma-informed & person-centred care
Reliable, flexible & able to work across all shift types
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
