About the Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care and support residents across a range of Residential Aged Care facilities throughout Newcastle and surrounding communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Medication administration and clinical care
Resident assessments and care planning
Wound care and clinical documentation
Supporting residents with complex health needs
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and independence
Adhering to Aged Care quality and safety standards
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and resident-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, flexible and professional attitude
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care RN experience
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
