About the Role As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will:
Deliver safe, high-quality clinical and person-centred care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident wellbeing and clinical outcomes
Complete assessments, care plans and documentation
Support residents with complex and high-care needs
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Adapt confidently across a variety of aged care facilities
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care RN experience
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Availability across a variety of shift types
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
