About the Role
As a Theatre Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care within fast-paced surgical environments.
Opportunities are available across a broad range of specialties including:
• General Surgery
• Orthopaedics
• Neurosurgery
• Plastics
• ENT
• Urology
• Gynaecology
• Cardiac and Vascular Surgery
• Day Surgery and Procedural Areas
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing high-quality perioperative nursing care
• Assisting surgical teams within the operating theatre environment
• Delivering Scrub Scout, Anaesthetic and Recovery nursing support
• Monitoring patient safety before, during and after procedures
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams
About You To be considered, you will have:
• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 2 years recent Theatre Nursing experience
• Recent experience in Scrub Scout, Anaesthetics and/or Recovery (PACU)
• Current National Police Check
• Current WA Working With Children Check
• Up-to-date vaccinations and serology, including Influenza
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work confidently in fast-paced perioperative environments
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
