Join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial success of our Homecare business. As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll proactively manage outstanding accounts, build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and help ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining a professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
Reporting to the Transactional Services Team Leader, you will:
Manage outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments by phone and email.
Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate account records.
Reconcile accounts and investigate billing discrepancies.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Escalate complex matters when required and support debt recovery activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce aged debt.
Let’s talk about you
You’ll have experience in credit control, accounts receivable, debt collection or a similar customer-focused role, along with the confidence to communicate effectively and navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Naturally the role suits someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable using financial systems and MS Office to manage your work efficiently.
Experience in healthcare, community services or a similar sector is an advantage, but not essential.
