About the Role
As an AIN, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Central Coast.
Duties may include:
• Personal care and activities of daily living • Mobility assistance and transfers • Supporting resident wellbeing and engagement • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions • Infection control and workplace safety compliance • Working collaboratively with aged care teams to deliver quality care
To Be Successful You Will Have
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent • Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential aged care • Current National Police Check • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work across multiple facilities • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends • Full Australian working rights
