Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Aged Care Workers for ongoing agency shifts across residential aged care facilities and hospitals throughout Sydney.
This role suits qualified Care Workers and Nursing Students looking for flexible work with great pay.
We are seeking reliable and experienced AINs with:
Strong adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
Sound clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility:
Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or a related field plus 6 months full-time experience in a residential aged care environment
OR a second-year Bachelor of Nursing student who has completed a 160-hour clinical placement in aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
Full Australian working rights
