The Opportunity
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will lead all aspects of Clinical Management and care delivery across the home.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Clinical leadership of RN and care teams
AN-ACC funding optimisation and documentation oversight
Accreditation compliance and quality standards
Continuous improvement initiatives
Medication management and infection prevention control
Clinical audits, indicators and performance monitoring
Incident management and risk mitigation
Care planning, assessments and case management
Family communication and case conferences
Acting FM support when required
This role requires someone confident in managing complexity, driving accountability and leading a multidisciplinary team.
Who We’re Looking For We are open to:
An experienced Care Manager ready to lead with confidence, or
A strong Clinical Care Coordinator / Senior Registered Nurse ready to step up into a broader leadership role
You will demonstrate:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of AN-ACC funding and accreditation standards
Experience in clinical audits and quality improvement
Confidence supervising and mentoring nursing teams
Strong documentation and electronic care system skills
Sound clinical capability across wound care, palliative care and chronic disease management
