We are seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager with a clinical background to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in South East Melbourne

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, including clinical care, workforce management, and overall performance. Success in this position requires a strong people leader who can foster a positive and accountable culture, manage performance effectively, and address challenges with confidence and professionalism.
If you’re currently in a senior role such as Facility Manager, Residential Services Manager, Operations Manager, Home Manager or another leadership position within aged care, this opportunity could be the perfect pathway into a fulfilling executive role that offers both challenge and purpose.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management
Experience managing a medium to large sized facility
Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
