We are currently experiencing high demand for our NDIS Clients in the Northern Sydney Region and looking for committed and energetic Disability Support Worker to join our team. Our clients are currently in suburbs such as: Mosman, Brookvale, Hornsby, Asquith, Dee Why,  Waitara, Asquith, Toongabbie, Turramurra, Mona Vale and surrounding areas.

About the Role

A Casual position supporting clients with Complex Mental Health and Physical/Intellectual Disabilities in a 1:1 setting within their home and in the community. Your duties may include: 

• Community Access
• Personal care, domestic assistance, cooking meals and other activities of daily living
• Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
• Manual Handling, Medication administration, PEG Feeding, Bladder & Bowel Care

Must have

• 6 months experience supporting individuals living with disabilities 
• Preferably a qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health
• All 3 Covid-19 Vaccination Doses 
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate 
• Working with children check & NDIS Worker Check 
• Driver licence and own comprehensively insured car preferred 
• Recent Police Check or willingness to apply one
