About You You are a reliable and adaptable AIN or PCA who enjoys working across different facilities and teams.
Confident in aged care clinical environments
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent time management and communication
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable with agency-style flexibility
Essential Requirements
Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Minimum 12 months full-time experience in aged care
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
