About the Organisation
Our Client is a well-regarded healthcare provider focused on delivering safe, high-quality care through strong clinical governance and continuous improvement. With an upcoming accreditation cycle, they are investing in a dedicated quality and compliance professional to strengthen systems and ensure best-practice delivery.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, standalone role focused on leading a critical NSQHS audit and compliance program across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of mapping current systems, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, working across multiple platforms and driving outcomes in a complex environment.

  • Analyse and report on quality and safety data to inform decisions
  • Strengthen risk management and incident reporting systems
  • Engage clinicians and stakeholders to drive compliance outcomes
  • Provide reports, insights and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Support a culture of quality improvement and patient safety

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate complexity and deliver results with minimal supervision.

About You
You are a Quality Coordinator, Risk & Compliance professional or Clinical Governance specialist with strong audit and accreditation experience within healthcare.
You will bring:

  • Hands-on experience with NSQHS standards, audits and accreditation
  • Strong background in quality, compliance and risk management
  • Ability to work autonomously in a standalone role
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capability with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage complex information and drive outcomes

Why This Role

  • Take full ownership of a high-profile accreditation project
  • Direct access to CEO and executive leadership
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact on quality and compliance
  • Autonomy to shape systems, processes and outcomes
  • Join a stable organisation committed to continuous improvement
