About the Opportunity
Our Client is a well-established aged care provider operating a portfolio of residential aged care homes across NSW. With a strong leadership structure and clear strategic direction, this is a senior leadership opportunity to oversee multiple sites and drive performance at scale.

This role sits at a regional level, reporting into executive leadership, with full responsibility for operational performance, clinical governance, and workforce outcomes across several services.

You’ll act as the link between strategy and execution, supporting Facility Managers and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, person-centred care while meeting financial and compliance targets.

The Role
This is a hands-on regional leadership position where you will take ownership of:

  • Leading and mentoring Facility Managers across multiple aged care homes
  • Driving AN-ACC performance, funding optimisation and occupancy outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation readiness
  • Overseeing clinical governance, risk management and quality frameworks
  • Managing budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Leading workforce strategy, engagement and culture transformation
  • Supporting underperforming services and driving continuous improvement
  • Partnering with executive leadership on strategy, reporting and growth

You will be expected to step into complex environments, stabilise teams and deliver measurable outcomes across your portfolio.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in residential aged care leadership
  • Proven multi-site or regional management experience
  • Strong understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation and clinical governance
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
  • Ability to influence, mentor and lead senior leaders
  • AHPRA registration (highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
