About the Role
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Support the development and implementation of care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
Support residents with dignity, respect and individualised care
Work across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 12 months recent experience in Residential Aged Care
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
