We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team on a casual basis, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care to clients living independently in the community.
In this role, you will play a key role in providing clinical support to Homecare Support at Home package clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of clinical work and stakeholder engagement. Your day would look like this:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes
Conduct assessments and make recommendations for supports, review care plans to meet changing client needs
Provide clinical guidance and respond to changes in client health status
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, carers, GPs, and community stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, and organisational policies
About You
You are a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting older people to live independently and bring the following skills:
Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work autonomously and within a team
A genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience (aged care, community, or hospital setting)
Experience in wound care, catheter care, assessments, and care planning
Solid understanding of aged care standards, WHS, and risk management
Current First Aid Certificate and National Police Check
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
