Your Rewards
Education & Training
Continue building your skills with financial support for eligible courses and certifications. Up to $500 after 250 hours and up to $1,000 after 500 hours (annual cap). Use it towards essential training, certifications, and professional development that supports your career.
Compliance Cashback
By exchanging 100 hours, We’ll help cover the cost of required compliance checks, including: APHRA registration, Police checks, Working With Children checks, NDIS checks, Mask fit testing, Manual Handling, and Basic Life Support/ CPR. Because staying compliant shouldn’t come at your expense.
Free Premium Scrubs
Once you hit your hours, you’ll receive a full set of HCA scrubs. Our new scrubs are impeccably stylish but also unbelievably comfortable. You can redeem a free set of HCA’s Premium Scrubs by working 250 hours and exchanging those accrued hours for the scrub reward. Alternatively, if you book your first 6-week (Minimum) travel nurse placement you will automatically be allocated a free set of scrubs.
