About You You are a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker who is confident supporting participants with a range of needs and abilities. You will demonstrate:
Experience supporting participants in a SIL or community care setting
Strong skills in personal care, community access and daily living support
Ability to promote independence, choice and dignity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible, professional and person-centred approach
Essential Requirements
Certificate III+ in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum 6 months’ experience as a disability support worker
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid AUSDriver’s Licence and willingness to transport participants
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
