About the Role
As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care within hospital settings while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
Administering medications, IV therapies and infusions
Providing wound care and post-operative nursing support
Supporting patient recovery and discharge planning
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Adhering to facility policies and best practice standards
About You To be considered, you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience within medical, surgical and acute care settings
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Experience with IV therapy, wound care and acute patient monitoring
Excellent communication and time management skills
Current National Police Check
Full Australian working rights
