About the Role
As an Aged Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Aged Care Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will deliver high-quality clinical care and support to elderly residents across a range of residential aged care facilities in Tweed Heads and surrounding areas.
You will work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing, medication management, clinical assessments, care planning and the delivery of person-centred care.

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 12 months recent residential aged care experience
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Excellent time management and documentation skills
Ability to work day, afternoon and night shifts
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
