About the Role As an Aged Care RN, EN or AIN, you will:
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents
• Support residents with clinical and personal care needs
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice (RN/EN)
• Monitor and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary care teams
• Promote resident dignity, independence and quality of life
About You RN & EN Applicants
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 12 months recent aged care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
AIN Applicants
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months recent aged care experience preferred
• Strong personal care and resident support skills
All Applicants
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights
• Full Australian working rights
