Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community-based services in Alice Springs.
We have ongoing agency shifts available, offering flexibility, competitive pay and consistent work.
This role is ideal for reliable local Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting clients with complex needs in SIL and community settings.
We are seeking Disability Support Workers who demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and support teams
Reliability, professionalism and confidence working independently or within a team
A flexible approach to agency work, including varied shifts and environments

Eligibility:
Certificate III or higherin Disability or a related field
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or Community Care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid NT Working With Children Check (Ochre Card)
Valid First Aid Certificate (within the last 3 years)
Full NT Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive
Minimum 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
