Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing agency workforce in Cairns & Far North Queensland.
Work across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community-based settings, supporting participants with complex needs to live safely, independently and with choice.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in SIL and community settings
Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks
Support participants with complex behaviours and health needs
Promote independence, dignity and community participation
About You
Experienced Disability Support Worker (SIL/community)
Confident with complex care environments
Reliable, flexible and adaptable to agency work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in disability support
Experience with:
High challenging behaviours
Manual handling
High personal care
Epilepsy Trained
Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening
Current First Aid
Driver’s licence + willingness to transport participants
