Each candidate has been assessed on their experience, skill set, qualifications, and personality to ensure as close to a 100% fit as possible. C-Suite candidates are passive candidates. Executive search consultants are highly trained at discovering the real motivators, ensuring all relevant data accumulated during search campaigns are delivered to our clients in an accurate and timely manner.

Executive Search requires the utmost in discretion and confidentiality. We combine passive and proactive strategies to make sure we compile the most comprehensive list of qualified candidates
Many of the best possible candidates are currently employed and not actively looking for a job. We’ll use our proprietary search methods to search and identify both active and passive candidates. Our dedicated international team based in AU, NZ and UK give us access to international candidates.
We have a rigorous multi-part screening and assessment process to ensure that you only see candidates who are vetted and tailored to the opportunity reducing the possibility of a miss-match.
We commit to keeping you informed of our progress and ongoing results paying particular attention to any information we obtain regarding the market perception of your organisation as an employer in the market sector together with information on remunerations paid by competitors.
We arrange the introduction and interview process with your team, providing interview coaching for your staff.
Once the right candidate has been identified we work with you to ensure any offer made will be acceptable to the candidate. We will then negotiate the offer which is made subject to successful reference checks being obtained.
Preparing the candidate for a successful start is an important part of our process. We maintain a relationship with the successful candidate for the first six months of employment to ensure the candidate is happy in the role.

Executive recruitment fees are invoiced in equal amounts three stages in the process
• Stage One: Commencement of the project
• Stage Two: Presentation of the candidates
• Stage Three: Successful appointment of the executive hire
