We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager with a clinical background to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in North East Melbourne
A vibrant and modern larger sized facility, this is an ideal opportunity for a self-directed professional who takes ownership of outcomes and is comfortable making decisions independently.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, including clinical care, workforce management, and overall performance. Success in this position requires a strong people leader who can foster a positive and accountable culture, manage performance effectively, and address challenges with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 4/5 years’ experience in Aged Care management
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Experience managing a 100 + bed facility
Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
