What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing clinical care within aged care (CCC, NUM, CCM, or AHS)
Confidence to step into a broader leadership role
A hands-on approach to mentoring and developing teams
Proven ability to drive quality and compliance outcomes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
High-level organizational capability and adaptability
Current AHPRA Registration
