As Australia’s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider, we connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities, driving excellence across the healthcare sector. At HCA, this is where care begins.

As the Crisis Response Mental Health RN, you will provide immediate clinical support to individuals experiencing mental health crises in workplace settings. • Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with counselling services and external providers to ensure safe client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case reviews, and contribute to best practice clinical care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide support across the Carlton office and deployed client worksites as required.

Lets talk about you!

You’re a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, at least two years’ mental health experience, and demonstrated skills in crisis intervention, mental health assessment, and risk management. You have strong communication and de-escalation skills, can work independently in fast-paced environments, and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
