About the Role This is more than an administrative or healthcare role — it’s an opportunity to be part of something deeply meaningful.
As a Donor Program Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting individuals and families through IVF, donor and surrogacy programs. You will guide patients, donors, and intended parents through complex and often emotional journeys with empathy, professionalism, and precision.
You will act as a key link between patients, clinicians, scientists, and counsellors, ensuring every stage of the process is delivered to the highest standard of care.
 
What You’ll Be Doing This is a dynamic and varied role, where you will:

  • 6 month Full time contract, With potential to extend
  • Coordinate and manage donor programs including sperm, egg, embryo and surrogacy
  • Support donors and intended parents throughout their journey
  • Organise and oversee clinical workups (appointments, counselling, and testing)
  • Liaise with specialists, nurses, counsellors, and laboratory teams
  • Manage donor databases, waitlists, and reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and national guidelines
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, research, and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who combines strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for patient care.

  • Background in nursing, healthcare, fertility, or allied health
  • Must be tech savy and be able to use numerous computer systems
  • Knowledge of IVF, donor programs, or reproductive health
  • Be supportive and empathetic to engage the donors
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in patient coordination, case management, or medical administration
