About the Role As an Agency Acute Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care within acute inpatient mental health units, supporting consumers experiencing complex mental health presentations.
You will be confident in:
Conducting comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
Managing high-acuity and crisis presentations
De-escalation and behavioural management strategies
Working within multidisciplinary mental health teams
Delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
Minimum 2 years full-time post-graduate experience in acute mental health
National Police Check (within 3 years)
NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology compliance
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
