About You
Passionate about providing person-centred care
Reliable, compassionate and committed to quality care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to different aged care environments
Resident-focused approach with a positive attitude
Requirements
Minimum 6 months paid experience in aged care
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Up-to-date vaccinations
Full Australian working rights
