About the Role
As an Acute Care Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of hospital settings, gaining exposure to diverse clinical environments while maintaining flexibility and control over your schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, evidence-based patient care in acute hospital settings
- Working across medical, surgical and specialty wards
- Performing patient assessments and monitoring clinical conditions
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Responding effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
- Supporting positive patient outcomes and experiences
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months’ recent acute hospital experience
- Acute Medical and/or Surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital environments
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
- Full Australian working rights
