About the Role as a Scrub Scout RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care while supporting a range of Orthopaedic procedures. You’ll work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. What’s on Offer

What You’ll Need
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent Scrub Scout experience within Orthopaedic theatres
Sound knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced theatre environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care
Desirable
Experience across additional surgical specialties
Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
Current ALS certification
