What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurses or Midwives with 5+ years’ post-registration experience with a minimum of 3 years from an AHPRA reciprocol country
- Current specialty experience in either Midwifery, Emergency, Critical Care, Neonatal, NICU/SCBU, Theatre and Oncology
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently in multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to safe, evidence-based patient care
- Current or eligibility for AHPRA registration
- Genuine interest in relocating and building a long-term career in Australia

Specialty Experience Required Midwifery
- Antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
- Maternal and fetal assessment
- Labour and birth support
Emergency Department
- Acute assessment and emergency care
- Triage experience highly regarded
- ALS qualification preferred
Intensive Care (ICU)
- Ventilated patients
- Critical care monitoring
- High-acuity patient management
Neonatal & Critical Care
- Care of premature and critically ill neonates
- Family-centred care
- Neonatal monitoring and interventions
Theatre / Perioperative
- Anaesthetic, scrub/scout or recovery experience
- Surgical patient care across the perioperative journey
Oncology
- Cancer treatment and symptom management
- Patient education and supportive care
