Within Primary Health Services, our Clinical Governance team plays a vital role in ensuring our healthcare workforce meets mandatory, legislative, and professional standards—supporting safe, high‑quality care across Australia
As a Credentialing and Compliance Officer, you’ll support workforce quality and safety by:
Maintaining credentialing and compliance for an active healthcare workforce
Monitoring registrations, checks, vaccinations, and training currency
Supporting internal and external stakeholders with compliance requirements and systems
Identifying and escalating compliance risks or breaches
Contributing to continuous improvement and clinical governance reporting
This is a detail‑focused, governance‑driven role within a collaborative healthcare environment.

You bring experience in healthcare credentialing, compliance, or workforce administration and are confident working with sensitive information and regulatory requirements. Relevant qualification in administration or human resources management is ideal (not mandatory). You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment will be key to your success. Experience in healthcare services, clinical governance, or multi‑site organisations is highly regarded.
