Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a National organisation that provides a variety of direct and indirect (Agency) services to the Healthcare Sector. We are currently experiencing high demand for our NDIS Clients in the East Sydney, West and Inner West Sydney Region and looking for committed and energetic Disability Support Worker to join our team. Our clients are currently in suburbs such as: Wolli Creek, Arncliffe, Peakhurst, Miranda, Randwick, Glebe, Lilyfield, Coogee, Maroubra, Edgecliffe, Parramatta, St Andrews, Liverpool, Canley Heights, Campbelltown and surrounding areas.
Your role
You will be supporting clients with Complex Mental Health, Physical and Intellectual Disabilities within their home and in the community in a 1:1 setting. This is a Casual position and your duties that may include:
- Personal care, Domestic assistance, Meal Preparation, Community Access, Manual Handling
- Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
- Medication administration, Diabetes management, Epilepsy management, PEG Feeding, Bladder & Bowel Care

Criteria:
- 6 months experience supporting individuals living with disabilities
- Preferably a qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health
- All 3 Covid-19 Vaccination Doses
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working with children check & NDIS Worker Check
- Driver licence and own comprehensively insured car preferred
- Recent Police Check or willingness to apply one
