If you are aged 65 and over and want support to stay living at home safely and comfortably, our Aged Care services can help you. We provide government subsidised and privately funded aged care packages specifically tailored to suit your needs. There are many different services that may support you to stay in your own home for longer, including services like nursing care, help with housework, meals and transport to appointments.
With HCA’s in-home care services you or your loved one can continue to live at home safely and comfortably, rather than moving to residential care. Whether you need just a few hours of domestic help each week or daily assistance, we can tailor our services to suit your or your loved one’s needs and wants.
The first step to receiving aged care services is to be assessed as eligible for a home care package. Older Australians with complex care needs may find a home care package can help them to live independently in their own home. To begin the process of receiving help at home, you’ll first need to head over to MyAgedCare for your assessment. HCA aged care services are subsidised.
