Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Theatre Scrub Scout Registered Nurse, with a strong focus on patient safety and infection control.
Proficiency in assisting with a variety of surgical procedures, including Orthopaedic, Robotic, and Urological operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and patient care.
Eligibility to work in Australia, with the ability to support relocation if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
Relevant experience in a theatre or surgical setting, preferably in a private hospital environment.
