TRAINER Individual Support (Traineeship)

Due to growing numbers on enrolments, we are on the lookout for amazing trainers ready to deliver in our Certificate III in Individual Support – Traineeship. We have consistent work for ideal trainers and assessors. You will be facilitating learning in our newly established and highly regarded Traineeship program. We have a national industry partner who loves our bespoke approach to Traineeship delivery, and you will play an important role in the ongoing collaboration with our industry partner.  You will be provided with training to add to your repertoire that will assist you to deliver quality training using contemporary delivery modes. You will be provided with all session plans, PowerPoints and assessment guides.

Position Description:
– Trainer/Assessor Certificate III in Individual Support
– Online (supported and / or Traineeship delivery)
– Undertaking workplace assessments
– Completing paperwork to meet National Standards
– Attractive remuneration including payment for attendance and Trainer meeting, marking and some professional development sessions. 

Essential Selection Criteria:
– Certificate III in Individual Support – or ability to provide evidence of vocational competence
– Industry currency in Aged Care
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
– Current Working with Children Check
– Covid19 Vaccinated 
– Passionate commitment to the provision of quality education and striving for awesome student outcomes

Desirable:
– Previous experience delivering health and community services programs
– Sound understanding of VET system
– Ability to communicate with, and support, a wide range of learners and other stakeholders
