Healthcare Australia is the first national supplier to Ramsay Health Care
Healthcare Australia (HCA) has secured a five-year National Preferred Partnership Contract with Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) for Agency Nursing, which commences on 26th November 2018. Ramsay is Australia’s largest hospital operator with 70 facilities across the country and this partnership translates to HCA nurses getting every shift first before other nursing agencies.
This is the first time Ramsay has procured a national contract as they traditionally operate in state-based businesses, such as the successful and long standing preferred provider agreement our Victorian division has had with Ramsay over the last 8 years. A national contract will streamline the recruitment process, leveraging HCA’s national workforce of over 10,000 actively working healthcare professionals who are highly-skilled and qualified.
Ramsay focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety; being an employer of choice and operating its business according to The Ramsay Way philosophy People Caring for People; and HCA’s mantra mirrors this in many ways.
We were so proud when Ramsay told us why we were selected for the national contract… Ramsay reflects what we stand for, which is closely aligned with our mantra of Integrity, Sustainability, Excellence, Innovation and Collaboration.
Jason Cartwright, CEO of Healthcare Australia
HCA has a history of hundreds of successful exclusive and preferred provider agreements, placing healthcare professionals at over 1,700 healthcare facilities around the country each year, instilling confidence in Ramsay to select HCA as the national preferred partner.
Ramsay would like to extend HCA’s contract scope to their diversified business, including Permanent Recruitment, International Projects, Allied Health, Doctors and Home Care.
