Registered Nurses – in Home Aged Care
Healthcare Australia (HCA), Australia’s largest Healthcare recruitment provider, is looking for Registered Nurses to support our Home Care customers in their homes throughout SA (metro). The positions will be casual at first, with potential to grow to Part or Full time as customer demand grows.

As a Registered nurse you will:
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor outcomes in conjunction with the Home Care Team, taking a holistic approach to care in the home.
- Apply expert clinical judgement, resourcefulness and compassion to develop care plans that meet the client’s needs.
- Assess, monitor and treat wounds and implement wound care plans.
- Assess and monitor clients to support them with using catheters and continence aids.
- Ensure a high level of holistic care including social and emotional support.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Nursing qualification
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum two years+ practicing as an RN
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Care as a RN is essential
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001) or willing to complete within 1 month of commencement
- Proof of the right to work in Australia.
- A current driver licence, registration and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- A genuine passion for caring for older patients and a determination to provide care that helps them stay in their homes longer.
- Willingness to travel between appointments (paid travel)
- Current up to date Flu vaccine or willing to obtain.
- 2 current relevant referees
- Good communication skills – verbally and written.
- Up to date COVID vaccinations
