Key responsibilities and duties
Monitoring development of individualised pan of care in partnership with the resident / representative to meet their goals, needs and preferences
Monitoring evaluation of the plan of care
Monitoring provision and coordination of clinical care and that action consultation with stakeholders occurs when required
Deputise for the Residential Manager as and when required
Supervise nursing and other work experience students on placement at the site

Essential Requirement:
AHPRA registered Nurse
Management Aged Care experience
Excellent with documentation and care planning
Current Drivers’ license
Understanding of quality management systems and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to develop cooperative team approach to the delivery of services
Highly Regarded:
Relevant Post Graduate Qualification
Gerontic Nursing Experience
