Your duties as a Registered Nurse in aged care include, but are not limited to:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing.
Administering medications, manage care plans, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
Leading and supporting care teams, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.
