Join our team at Healthcare Australia (HCA) as a Business Relationship Lead – NDIS, where you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with communities, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional support within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector.
About the Role:
As the Business Relationship Lead, you will be at the forefront of HCA’s NDIS services, fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders, onboarding new customers, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your ability to engage, network, and strategize will be integral to achieving growth targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Identify and engage with potential clients and stakeholders to expand HCA’s footprint within the NDIS sector.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key contacts, including support coordinators, hospital liaison officers, and community networks.
- Customer Experience: Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop business strategies, set growth targets, and implement initiatives to achieve KPIs.
- Represent HCA: Attend expos, networking events, and community meetings, showcasing HCA’s services and advocating for the NDIS community.
- Market Expansion: Conduct market research, assist in marketing campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Operational Excellence: Manage HCA’s CRM system with accuracy, ensuring streamlined processes and effective data management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer engagement, business development, or a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and networking skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with the NDIS sector or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
- Confidence working with CRM systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- A team player who thrives independently and contributes positively to the broader NDIS team.
- Event and marketing experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated initiative and a “can-do” attitude.
Essential Requirements
- Current National Police Check.
- Current driver’s license.
- Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
