Our client, a wonderful aged care provider, is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join their team in beautiful Campbelltown, Adelaide. Please note, that you must have the right to work in Australia.
Position Details:
- Permanent full-time (These are not agency positions!)
- Requirements: Right to work in Australia – Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
- Salary: $130,000 base + super
- Experience: Management experience in a facility with at least 30 beds
- Registration: Current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care – highly regarded

About the Role
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home
- Support and lead the care home clinical team including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations and delegation, performance management, and education
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments
- Manage person-centered care planning and evaluation for residents – including case conferencing with families and carers
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits
- Oversee medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners and other services to provide optimal resident care
To be Successful in the Role, you will Have:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
