Clinical Manager – Kingaroy/QLD

Our client is in search of a dedicated and passionate Clinical Manager with substantial experience in aged care to oversee operations at a leading facility located in Kingaroy, Queensland. As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to residents while upholding the facility’s standards of excellence. Incentive:

  • Relocation Assistance – International (Single $8,000, family $12,000)
  • Relocation Assistance – Domestic (Single $5,000, family $8,000)

  • Large sized facility 94 bed
  • Monday to Friday
  • Non-profit
  • Salary $120k + super

You will:

  • Educate, mentor and support care staff to deliver a high level of quality care.
  • Support the admission of new residents including assessments, care planning and reviews.
  • Manage complex healthcare including wound care, infection control, pain management, falls and continence issues
  • Consult with residents, their families, allied health and medical practitioners
  • Lead the accurate and timely completion of reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
  • Ensure the facility functions in line with Residential Aged Care quality standards, legislation and best practice guidelines
  • Complete clinical auditing within the aged care facility
  • Have a great understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

About you

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • National Police and NDIS clearances
