About the role
This newly created role where you will support all employees, to have a positive experience in joining & learning with this organisation. To maximise learning and to support exceptional customer, clinical & governance outcomes, for our staff.
Duties
After care and support to new clinical team members, students & trainees
Source, Design, Communicate & Deliver multidisc education programs to clinical and care staff
Aged Care Quality Standards
Complement the educational component through the review, evaluation and feedback based on the experience of the clinical and care staff
Review and Maintain educational material
Essential Requirements
AHPRA registration
Leadership within clinical education
Drivers’ license
